The balloon arrangements are carefully packaged in our company and sent to you via our service provider DHL.

Would you like to pick up your favorite arrangement directly from us? 

• Local pickups are possible at our stated pickup times by appointment. However, these are not opening hours.

• All balloons must be pre-ordered online in our online shop at least 4-5 days in advance

• Be sure to specify a pickup day and time when checking out!

How does shipping work?

We send your package - and you assemble it yourself. You will receive detailed video instructions that will help you set up your premium arrangement in just a few easy steps. So your balloons are always available to you, fresh & built just in time!

• DHL 3-5 working days, DHL parcel shipping throughout Germany - plus €5.95

• Europe-wide DHL parcel shipping - plus €14.90

• DHL overseas - plus €21.00

• If balloon goods are personalized, they are generally excluded from return

• All items from Lovely Balloon GmbH mustcarefullyand inOriginal packaging,undamagedonown costs be sent back to us. As a general rule, we do not accept returns of non-company goods.
